2. An order confirmation will be sent to you via text or email with the details on how you can complete your payment. For meet ups, payments can be made when you claim your order.
3. For deliveries, complete payment and send a copy of the deposit slip via email, Viber or Facebook message and wait for payment and delivery confirmation.
> The item I want is out of stock. What do I do?
Email us at with the product that you’re interested in and we can check with our partner stores for availability and pull out the item for you or we’ll make sure you’ll be the first to know when new stocks have arrived.

> Can I amend or cancel my order?
Order changes or cancellations may only be done before an order has been confirmed. If products have been shipped out already, the customer is responsible for shipping back the items.

You may use your promo code by inputting it in the space provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
> Can I return or exchange an item?
A. Returns are only valid for 10 days with the tag still intact, unused and unwashed. Only jerseys and shorts are allowed for return. Shipping for Returns both ways will be shouldered by the customer.
B. Exchanges can be done within 10 days from purchase, with the tag still intact, unused and unwashed. Exchanges can only be done for a change of size, design or color. Shipping for Exchanges both ways will be shouldered by the customer.

> I accidentally took out the tag of my jersey / bib shorts, can I still return or exchange it?
Sorry, but we are enforcing a strict policy on keeping the tag intact if you would like to return or exchange your merchandise.
> If I return or exchange a product, how do I package it?
If you want to return or exchange a product, please return it in its original ziplock plastic packaging.

Yes, prices are VAT-inclusive.
> What currency is used on the website?
All prices are quoted in Philippine Pesos (PhP). When you set your currency, a conversion will be made accordingly.
> Is your payment processing secure?
All purchases made through the Ciclo Website is guaranteed secure. Ciclo has no access to your credit card details registered on PayPal.

The current line of products were made with a tropical climate in mind, but keep on checking back and we might come out with something in the future.

Fitting may only done at our Partner Stores.
> What is the proper garment care?
Please follow the following instructions in caring for your apparel to ensure keeping your kit looking and feeling its best.
- Machine or hand wash warm: Initial water temperature should not exceed 40C or 105F.
- Line Dry: Hang damp garment from line or bar, in or outdoors.
- Do not tumble dry: A machine dryer may not be used.
- Do not bleach: No bleach product may be used.
- Do not iron: Item may not be smoothed or finished with an iron.
> Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.
> Can gift cards be reloaded?
No, you can't reload a gift card.
> Can more than one gift card be used towards a purchase?
Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during checkout.
> How do I check my balance?
If a gift card is associated with a customer account, then you can check the balance by using the link provided in the gift card email. For customers without accounts, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll check your balance for you.
> Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?
No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
> Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?
Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.
> Can I apply a discount code to my gift card purchase?
Most discount codes cannot be applied to gift cards. The exception is a product specific discount code where the product is a gift card.
> Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, since gift cards are a form of payment.
